Early in my career, I worked as a primary education teacher. Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Furthermore, I worked in education as a vocational teacher.
A burnout in 2008 was a turning point that led to a transformative journey. Through painting, I discovered my creative expression and artistic talents.
Through the HeartMath Institute, I unlocked the depths of heart intelligence and wisdom. As a certified mentor and coach, I inspire and uplift others in creating heart coherence.
At the Morter Institute for BioEnergetics and the School of Higher Consciousness & Personal Development, I was able to further awaken my innate creativity, intuition, and inner power, leading to healing and paving the way to live my most fulfilling life.
Today, as a certified coach and practitioner, I help others empower their hidden potential and become one with their true, authentic selves
