I am an educator, business owner and entrepreneur, community advocate, volunteer, writer, parent and leader. I have over 34 years of teaching/leadership experience in the education system and have owned my own business over 27 years. In my role as CEO at Aquarian I lead an award-winning company that was built on strong entrepreneurial principles and a culture that supports growth, excellence and diversity. Involvement at the board level within CHBA ER (Canadian Home Builders Association Edmonton Region) supports leadership goals to improve quality, consistency and public awareness of professionalism within the construction/renovation industry.

I am a leader by nature and work well within and at leading a team. I bring my strength-based leadership style to all that I do and delight at helping others to achieve their full potential. I am a strong advocate for women and our power to impact the world on many levels. I am aligned with the Global Institute for Evolving Women and am currently the Director of Growth. I rally around others who also have courage to move through uncertainty, risk and vulnerability for the deeper purpose of growth, transformation and alignment with our divine nature.
