With my background of being an event organiser and having great connections with other organisers, I can bring valuable connections and opportunities to ATL members. Today, my main focus is empowering heart-led changemakers — speakers and entrepreneurs — and connecting them with opportunities worldwide. I love collaboration and firmly believe that together we rise higher as transformational leaders and can serve the world even better.

My reasons to join ATL Europe
I am looking forward to joining ATL because I am seeking a community where I am continuously challenged to grow — not only professionally, but as a human being and leader. I value being surrounded by people who inspire me through their courage, integrity and willingness to question the status quo. ATL represents a space where high standards, conscious leadership and real contribution come together. I am drawn to leaders who dare to think independently, elevate their inner and outer standards, and take responsibility for creating meaningful impact in the world. Being part of such a community allows me to keep learning, expanding my perspective and refining my contribution, while engaging in dialogue with peers who are equally committed to growth and transformation.

My contribution
I bring deep enthusiasm, presence and a strong commitment to conscious leadership. Through my experience as an entrepreneur, transformational mentor and creator of the Leading Angel leadership model, I have built extensive knowledge around identity-driven leadership, mindset, culture and sustainable performance. I contribute not only insights and experience, but also an ability to create spaces of clarity, trust and meaningful dialogue. I enjoy connecting people, challenging perspectives with respect, and translating inner transformation into tangible impact. Above all, I bring a genuine desire to co-create, learn from others and contribute to ATL’s collective mission of elevating leadership and expanding positive impact in the world. At the same time, I am consciously reflecting on the right timing, as I am currently deeply involved in a major project. I strongly value focus and integrity in my commitments, and I am therefore considering joining ATL from 2027 onward to ensure I can contribute with full presence and impact.

My contribution
I bring momentum. With decades of experience across writing, speaking, stand-up and improv comedy, MC work, and both live and online workshops—and having lived in three European countries while speaking three European languages—I help people move from insight to action by encouraging collaboration and creating simple next steps. I enjoy connecting people, amplifying ideas, and helping conversations turn into shared projects.

Ilkka Koppelomäki

I’m Ilkka, a happy guy from the happiest country in the World, Finland. I work as a self-leadership coach and am the creator of the One Minute of Happiness and Create the Life You Want methods. These are not just tools I teach — they are ways of living that I have practiced myself since 2008. Through these methods, I have been able to shape a life that feels happy and meaningful. They have helped me navigate challenges, grow as a person, and stay connected to what truly matters to me. Over the years, thousands of people, from young teenagers to elderly people, have found my simple methods helpful in their own lives. I have also had the privilege of sharing them in companies, governmental organizations, universities and schools. I have so far written five books about my approach. Now I’m excited to take my work global!

I'm looking forward to meet other like-minded people who want to make great things happen in the World and raise the well-being. I wish to learn more from each other. I believe we are always more together and can create so much more together. I'm excited to see what new things can be possible with the connections of ATL. I'm happy to collaborate with other transformational leaders in their countries and in my country. So excited of this group and meeting everybody!

My contribution
1) My background in raising awareness around personal growth through my company since 2007. 2) My expertise (organizing and marketing) in putting up personal growth events since 2007. We have premiered many documentary movies such us the legendary The Secret around Finland. We have organized big events with legendary speakers like Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield, Joseph McClendon III, Janet Bray Attwood, Robert Kiyosaki, Brian Mayne, Eric Edmeades and many more. 3) My methods: After I got excited about personal growth back in 2006 I got really confused: I knew everything but did not know what to do. Because of that I have created 3 methods: 1: Idea of smart personal development to create better results through personal growth. 2: Create the Life You Want: My simple life guiding method that I have been been using and teaching already 18 years. It does not help you to reach what you want but to create a happy and satisfied life. 3: One Minute for Happiness which has helped me to live really happy life even when the circumstances are not the best ones. 4) My connections in Finland and internationally.

My background includes many years of hands-on work in strategic storytelling and brand photography, supporting clients in translating values, vision, and identity into visible, embodied expression. Over time, this work naturally evolved into a broader focus on clarity, positioning, and the underlying structures that make authentic visibility sustainable. I work internationally in English-speaking contexts and am drawn to spaces where depth, integrity, and human connection are valued alongside meaningful work.

My reasons to join ATL Europe
I am looking forward to meeting peers who lead with purpose, integrity, and a genuine desire to contribute positively to the world. ATL Europe appeals to me as a space for meaningful conversations, deep listening, and mutual learning across cultures and disciplines. I value environments where professional depth and human connection coexist, and where insight is shared thoughtfully rather than performatively. I am especially interested in learning from others’ lived experience, expanding my perspective through dialogue, and being part of a community that values reflection, responsibility, and long-term impact. For me, this feels like an opportunity to connect, listen, help if I can and grow alongside others who are navigating leadership and transformation with care and maturity.

My contribution
I bring a grounded, stabilising presence and a strong ability to listen deeply and recognise patterns beneath the surface. I am particularly skilled at helping people clarify complex situations, articulate what truly matters, and translate insight into practical, sustainable structure. In group settings, I naturally contribute through thoughtful questions, calm perspective, and an ability to hold space without rushing to solutions. I value respectful dialogue and tend to support collective clarity rather than individual spotlight. I also bring international experience, strategic thinking, and sensitivity to emotional and relational dynamics within groups. My intention would be to contribute through presence, reflection, and meaningful conversation (and offer help if/where I can) in ways that support both individuals and the wider community.
