Adele Kamel Whitley is the founder of Buy Yourself, a coaching and personal development company dedicated to helping people reconnect with who they truly are. She believes that the greatest investment we can make is in ourselves, and that lasting success begins with self-awareness, courage, and authenticity.Through Buy Yourself, Adele helps people uncover and challenge the limiting stories they've inherited or created about themselves—the stories that quietly shape their choices, relationships, and potential. I'm looking forward to being part of a community of people who care not only about what they create, but also about who they become in the process.I'm excited to connect with people who lead with curiosity, generosity, and authenticity, to learn from different perspectives, have meaningful conversations, and build relationships that go beyond networking.I also hope to contribute my own experiences, celebrate others' journeys, and be challenged to continue growing. I believe we're shaped by the people we surround ourselves with, and I'm looking forward to being part of a community where we can inspire one another to live, lead, and create with greater intention.

My contribution
I believe I can contribute a perspective that bridges personal transformation with practical action.My work is centered around helping people reconnect with who they truly are, uncover the limiting stories that hold them back, and build the courage to live and lead in alignment with their values. I bring both a commercial and coaching background, allowing me to connect purpose with performance in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.I also believe in creating spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and inspired. I'm not afraid to ask the questions that help people uncover blind spots, while offering compassion, curiosity, and genuine support.Above all, I hope to contribute through connection. I want to learn from others, share openly from my own journey, and be part of a community that believes meaningful change starts from within. If even one conversation helps someone buy themselves back, then I've contributed something worthwhile.

Patricia Bechdolt

Short Bio
I think of astrology as a language, written using the universal symbols of planets and zodiac signs, that intimately expresses the voice of the soul. I practice a deep, transformational form of astrology that speaks to this innermost self.I experience each astrological chart as a living document, revealing itself in new ways throughout our lives, always (miraculously, mysteriously) coinciding with a readiness to know those parts of ourselves. I continue to be fascinated by how such a simple template can so elegantly communicate the depth and complexities of a human life through time.I earned a doctorate in Theology and Spiritual Healing at Holos University, where I was a professor (Evolutionary Astrology) from 2006 - 2020. My doctoral studies included coursework with the widely respected medical intuitive Caroline Myss, and American Holistic Medical Association Founder C. Norman Shealy, MD, PhD. I have been a certified Master Astrologer for over twenty years, and I work with clients on six continents.

My reasons to join ATL Europe
My work as an astrologer has always been part of my exploration of consciousness and transformation. I am also naturally drawn toward experiencing other traditions, practices, and means to greater awareness. I welcome this opportunity to engage with and learn from other Association members in their own areas of interest and expertise, as I know it will inspire me in my own growth, work, service, and contribution.I would also look forward to joining with others in the shared intention to support and facilitate transformation in Europe, thereby multiplying our individual energies. In my home, we routinely engage this multiplication effect when we are initiating a new direction together or seeking guidance, and it would be very meaningful for me to apply this practice within a group of like-minded others on behalf of human evolution and our planet.

My contribution
Astrology has long been understood through the simple, yet profound principle, “As above, so below.” I think of it as a language that describes our experience without determining it. It offers a big-picture view on every scale of our experience, from the trajectory of humanity’s new evolutionary path, to the details with which we create our individual lives.In my experience in groups, an astrological point of view has been a welcome contribution in support of both collective and personal endeavors. When we consciously align our decisions and actions with the ancient principle, we feel a high level of synergy between “above” and “below,” and a deeper sense of fulfilling what we are asking of ourselves as part of the interconnectedness of everything.I am also skilled in listening and connecting dots between different ideas and viewpoints, and in identifying useful solutions and means of creative collaboration.
